Thank you for shopping with Wear Kim Santiago! We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Returns
We accept returns for the following reasons:
a. Wrong size sent
b. Incorrect product received
c. Damaged or defective items
Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 working days upon receipt of your item(s) through Instagram DM (@wearkimsantiago) or email at info@wearkimsantiago.com.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Shipping Costs: Wear Kim Santiago will cover the shipping costs both ways for items that meet the return criteria mentioned above.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we are happy to assist as long as the desired size or color is in stock.
Process:
- Contact us: To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 working days upon receipt of your item(s) through Instagram DM (@wearkimsantiago) or email at info@wearkimsantiago.com

Approval: Once your exchange request is approved and stock availability is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping Costs: The client is responsible for the shipping fee for both sending the item back to us and for the new item being sent out.
Important Notes:
a. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
b. Please retain proof of postage for your returns.
c. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
